Artisan Multigrain Bread should be kept in a dry, air-tight container and will keep for 2-3 days at room temperature, up to 5 days if refrigerated, and up to one month if frozen. For best results, gradually bring to room temperature prior to serving. Recommendations: Slice loaf into individual portions upon arrival and freeze whatever will not be consumed within the next 2-3 days.
